Posters are presented on poster presentation boards. Posters should not exceed 100 cm in width and 140 cm in height (best fit would be with 90 cm in width and 120 cm in height) and will be fixed by Powerstrips provided by the organizers. Additional material like handouts can be fixed in the same manner. There will always be someone around for additional help. The posters can be mounted after registration.

All poster presenters will be given the opportunity to present their research in more detail during one of the poster sessions (extended coffee breaks) on the first and second day. Posters will be arranged thematically according to respective sessions.

If presentation has been shifted from oral to poster, please consider participating in the poster competition (open for PhD students and early stage researchers: max 5 years after completion of PhD) and send an email to DNC@unu.edu with subject line: “New participation in poster competition”, including title and contribution ID in the text.

Posters taking part in the poster competition will be marked and voting papers will be prepared and distributed among DNC participants.

For poster presenters who would like to print their posters in Dresden, we propose to do so at „UNIdruckerei”.
They can usually print immediately and the price is EUR 20 for a poster of A0 size. Please note that the format should be A0 and PDF file.
