Guidelines for Poster Presenters
Posters are presented on poster presentation boards. Posters should not exceed 100 cm in width and 140 cm in height (best fit would be with 90 cm in width and 120 cm in height) and will be fixed by Powerstrips provided by the organizers. Additional material like handouts can be fixed in the same manner. There will always be someone around for additional help. The posters can be mounted after registration. All poster presenters are given the opportunity to present their research in more detail during an extended coffee break at the second day.
For poster presenters who would like to print their posters in Dresden, we propose to do so at „UNIdruckerei”.
They can usually print immediately and the price is EUR 20 for a poster of A0 size. Please note that the format should be A0 and PDF file.
